Freetown is out of the foundation stallion Fürst Heinrich’s sire line and represents blood from both Florestan and Sandro Hit, one of Germany’s most successful producers of dressage horses. The sire Fürst Wilhelm received Stallion of the Year in Oldenburg 2017, due to his production of several approved sons and successful offspring at the young horse tests and competitions including the Bundeschampionate - champion Fürst William. Freetown scored 8,5 for his trot, canter and rideability and received 8,5 from the test riders. He won the qualifiers for the SWB 4-year-old championships scoring 91% with the outstanding scores of 9,5 for his canter and future potential and 9 for his trot.

The dam Karen Millen OC is out of the mare family (F. 1) with dressage lines from the top lines in Europe and Sweden. Her sire, the Elite stallion Skovens Rafael has merits in Grand Prix dressage and is a coveted sire with several promising offspring in S class dressage.

The granddam Laura Ashley received premium as a 3-year-old and is a *** performance mare. She received A-status due to the merits of her offspring and has a dressage index of 140. Among her offspring are Zidney (by Zuidenwind), extremely successful in the young horse shows and now with placings in Grand Prix dressage under Stefan Jansson.

Great granddam Alice is an Elite mare, the two Grand Prix-stallions in dressage, Amiral and Strauss are present in her pedigree. She has produced several successful horses in dressage, among them Dior (by Dionysos) that has competed in Intermediaire I, Danielle (by Danone) with victories in Prix St Georges and Benetton (by Bocelli) in M- class dressage. Furthermore, there are offspring awarded premium at the young horse tests and the two broodmares Madonna (Elite) (by Don Schufro) and Razzia (A-award) (by Regazzoni).
